Orders

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars ($AU) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
After you have placed your order and completed payment you will receive a confirmation email . Product will usually be dispatched by us within 2 business days. You will receive an email notification when your order has been sent. Please make sure that the email address on your order is correct and that the any email from Well2 has not been directed to a spam folder.

Credit card payments online are processed through eWAY using SSL encryption.

If you would prefer not to pay online , please contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make alternative payment arrangements with you.

Australia

We usually ship goods via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times in Australia are:

Adelaide Metropolitan: 1 – 2 business days
South Australia Country: 2 – 3 business days
Interstate (all other states excluding SA): 3 – 4 business days

International

Returns

Please choose carefully. For health reasons we are unable to accept returns based on change of mind or where you have ordered the incorrect item by mistake.

Goods damaged in transit, faulty, wrongly described by us, or different to what was ordered

Goods which are damaged in transit, faulty or different to what was ordered will be replaced. If it is not possible for any reason to replace the item a credit note will be issued.Goods which have been wrongly described by us will be either replaced, credit note issued, or refunded.

What you need to do: –

  • Email shop@well2.com.au within seven (7) days of receipt of the goods. Please include your name, address, telephone, invoice number and full description ofthe problem.
  • We will then contact you and authorise the return.
  • Goods must be returned to us within ten (10) days of receiving authorisation.

  • After receipt of the returned goods we will either send replacement goods or issue a credit note if replacement is not possible.
  • If returning goods because they are different to what was ordered, or they have been incorrectly described by us, goods must be returned unopened and in original packaging.
  • Please take care to ensure that any goods returned to us arrive in good condition. Should we receive the goods in a damaged or faulty condition we reserve the right to not refund your money.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash. Gift certificates must be redeemed within six months of the date of purchase. Gift certificates are purchased for a dollar amount, and are redeemable for goods or services against the value of the gift certificate. If the gift certificate is used to purchase goods or services at a value less than the value of the gift certificate, the remaining value will be held as a credit for future purchases. If the gift certificate is used to purchase goods and services totaling more than the value of the services, the difference must be paid at the time of the purchase transaction (goods) or time of service provision (clinic services).

We will then contact you to resolve the problem.
