Annabel discovered acupuncture after a cycling accident in London in 2005. While seeking treatment for physical recovery, she was struck by its profound emotional impact, inspiring her to pursue a career in acupuncture, a path she remains deeply grateful for.
She studied Five Element Constitutional Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading, UK, graduating in 2012. Annabel then ran busy clinics in West London and Surrey and worked at the well-established London Acupuncture Clinic, where she developed a strong focus on reproductive health, fertility, and pregnancy care. She has worked extensively with both male and female fertility, supporting individuals through IVF, IUI, PCOS, endometriosis, recurrent miscarriage, menstrual irregularities and discomforts and sperm health. She also provides care throughout pregnancy at all stages and postnatal recovery and enjoys supporting individuals through menopause, digestive health, emotional well-being, and pain management.
Having navigated her own challenges with infertility, IVF, and endometriosis, Annabel understands the complexities of reproductive health on both a physical and emotional level. She is passionate about providing compassionate, tailored care to support individuals on their journey to parenthood and overall well-being.
After 16 years in London, Annabel returned to Adelaide following the birth of her daughter. She balances work with raising a spirited toddler and enjoys yoga, time in nature, and being with family and friends.
A lifelong learner, Annabel regularly undertakes postgraduate training to stay current in her field. She is a registered AHPRA practitioner and a member of AACMA.
