Annette graduated from Flinders University in 2014 after completing the Bachelor degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2015 she undertook further study to complete a Graduate Certificate in Diabetes Management and Education and in 2016 studied renal nutrition.
Annette has a professional interest in women’s health and fertility, and she enjoys providing individualized comprehensive education in all aspects of this including polycystic ovary syndrome, healthy weight management, gastrointestinal health and IBS, kidney health, coeliac disease, cardiovascular health and self-management of diabetes.
Annette has enjoyed the diversity of working in private practice in country South Australia and Alice Springs, in the acute hospital setting, as well as working in Aged Care Residential Facilities. She has also conducted workshops for menu planning in Long Day Care, fussy eating and managing allergies and intolerances.
Her passion is working together with clients in a holistic and motivational manner to develop achievable, realistic goals to attain sustainable lifestyle behavior changes for optimal good health.
