Well2 patients’/clients’ health and other information will be stored securely. Patients/clients may access their own health information upon written request.
Well2 commits to ensuring that all personal information it keeps concerning its patients/clients remains accurate, complete and up to date.
Well2 subscribes to the policy of openness required under the National Privacy Principles and relevant State Guidelines relating to the management of personal information.
Well2 will periodically contact patients/clients on various issues. This may include newsletters, promotions or information on seminars. Notification from patients/clients will be recorded if they do not wish us to contact them on any particular issues.
