Mindfulness techniques are an amazing way to help alleviate stress through your life. These techniques assist in achieving a calmer state, helping you to regain feelings of control.
Research into Mindfulness for fertility and IVF has demonstrated decreased stress levels1, increases in perception of coping1, and increases in conception rates3.
In this two hour workshop you will learn basic mindfulness meditation techniques in a safe, supportive environment with others. You will learn about triggers, reactive behaviors and making change and you will take home skills that you can apply at any time and can modify to your own individual situation.
This will help you cope with the painful thoughts and stressors that you may encounter on your journey through life.
These workshops are conducted by Jaylene Fuge-Cuk, a qualified counsellor experienced in working with women and fertility.
